We've Gone Green!Look at us now!  NicoNat Mfg, is helping the environment with all of our energy efficient and power saving equipment. From the office to our manufacturing, and our warehouse, we've gone green! Starting with our sensory office lighting which use energy efficient light bulbs and help conserve energy by keeping lights off in offices that are not being used. Our warehouse is also equipped with energy efficient lighting that works with our electrical system set-up to use the minimal amount of energy needed during non-working and weekend hours. With all the production going on in our manufacturing, energy conserving, is a key to staying green and being environmentally friendly. Rest assured with our new welding machines using 50% less energy than traditional ones, once again we have met the challenge in being efficient.
We are able to work to complete our projects without using excessive amounts of energy. Not only are we thinking green with our production equipment but we also take in to consideration the amount of scrap metal, so recycling metal left in the production process keeps us ahead of the curve to staying green. Our smart packaging and shipping is another example, where we optimize space to allow more items being shipped per container and using packaging material that is bio-degradable, or can be recycled, thus saving on fuel cost and less landfill waste. We are also saving our customers some cost on shipping by maximizing use of space. NicoNat Mfg, State of the art Centralized Argon Gas station is completely self contained where visual checks and vendor visits were the norm, that is now in the past and the future has arrived! Ongoing gas levels are sent electronically to the vendor now allowing accurate readings and no more visits, once again saving on fuel and less pollutants in the air.
